Vima Engineers manufactures extrusion presses for copper, aluminum, silver alloys and other special metals.
Capacity ranges from 250 Tons to 2000 Tons.
We are pioneers in special purpose vertical extrusion presses specially designed for dual purpose making silver alloy contacts and for bi-metal bonding.
PLC operation is standard for higher capacities.
Optional accessories such as die loader assembly, automatic billet loader and piercing cylinder for hollow sections can also be provided.
Powerpacks are designed as per specific extrusion speed requirements, incorporating manifold blocks & cartridges.
