Cold Isostatic Presses are used in powder metallurgy applications where traditional hydraulic presses are not able to give required uniform density of products.
Vima Engineers manufactures yoke type isostatic presses upto 500 bar (7000 psi) pressure rating suitable for products such as PTFE, Teflon and many other engineering plastics.
The pressure vessels is designed and manufactured in-house using quality raw material, rigid design and quality machining.
Special design lids with locking blocks and cylinders for movement of the lid and vessel are also provided in the machine.
Load bearing frame is duly fabricated, stress relieved and machined for higher life cycles and trouble free operation.
Water pressure is generated using inhouse oil-water intensifiers with prefilling pump, water filters and high pressure valves.
